  hahaha!  well apparently, i was walking right in the middle of the ending.  but i was blurred.  so i am basically seen as a big brown blur in the movie.  actually went out to see it with some of the other background actors who worked on "Total Recall".  Only one of us had a good closeup shot, sitting next to Colin Farrell.  
  
  I kinda fell asleep somewhere in the middle of the movie so i'll have to watch it again to verify.  lol!

  Not too sure about the different dialects, they all sound like pitchy Cantonese to me! LOL.
  
  This really old aunt from San Fran will insist we speak to her in Taishan-ese when she calls. It'll mostly be gibberish LOL! It's a dying language. Sad tho...

  Im Taishan too! Never knew about the bloodloines but its pretty hard a language to catch cos its so close to Cantonese. Do you speak? :)

  Thanks, we did!  Had the woodstove going almost 24/7 last week which, of course, doesn't make for very good sleep since I had to wake up every couple of hours to feed the fire.  :D  Sounds like your place is ice cold!  30' ceilings would make me leary of turning on the heat, too.  That's a lot of heat rising!

  I'm really pleased you got a chance to have a little escape and hope you get to have more chances in the new year, because you deserve it. As for Kpop I'm aware of many artists and I do like some of the songs but likewise less of the hip hop stuff
