CLOTHES MAKETH THE MAN.... now who ever came up with that is so full of BS... it isnt what was worn that made an impact. it was the the reaction of the atheletes being over happy and over excited to be at the opening.. I liked what they wore, blue is a nice color, and it looked comfortable to wear in weather that suited china... the top putfits looks to blimey stuffy LOL... every athelete representing their country represents not just the sportsmanship... but bringing together harmony to a world currently constantly dealing with day-to-day world issues and mother natures disasters.. over all we are all vunerable, ryt now we are rejoicing in harmony and good hearted sports holding the spirits of 204 countries. Isnt that enuff to sit back for a week and appreciate this while its happening...

ryu you totally missed the point...i never said that we were going to make a poor effort because of the clothes the athletes were wearing at the opening ceremony...what i was saying was...we are on a world stage...the least we could do is look decent...not like some riff raff dragged in from the street...it annoys me that whenever there is an Olympics we always dress in something shitty

u may be right ...but...first thing first..."clouses are made by man...u can not judge a man by his wearing.... Ok 4 example u could look at an stylish man with a tye and a armani costume...and his maybe a lawer  or one classy thif...Indid your team could do better on theyr wearing...but this can not alter theyr performance...Good Luck!
