Hey, at least the beard isn't going grey yet.  My hubby started going noticeably grey at about your age.  I keep asking him to get rid of the now totally white beard, telling him that it makes him look 60 when he's only 49.  Well, he's a man, so he has no interest in looking younger than he really is, so why not look at least a decade older?  I guess this is an example of "male" logic?!?  I also don't notice any bald spots in your picture (unless you have learned to camoflauge them).  For 42, believe me, it could definitely be worse.  Just wait until you hit 50, that definitely ain't no picnic (AARP won't stop sending me their sign-up kit since I hit the magic age in June)!
