What's your favourite instant noodles?

Despite their not being all that healthy, they sure are convenient and easy to prepare. For cup noodles I like Nissin Cup Noodles and for instant noodles I like are Doll and Nissin noodles. It's too bad that not all the flavours are available here. We get the same ones like the US. I remember when I went to HK, I saw so many different flavours. I tried many of them, they tasted yummier than the ones here. I liked the curry and miso flavours. I don't know if it's my imagination or not but I remember cup noodles having dehydrated egg pieces in them, and they'd plump up once you added water to them. I don't see any egg in them now. Anyone remembers this as well?

How do you eat it? Plain or with other foods. I usually eat noodles with a fried egg, spam and lettuce. If I'm short of time, then it's just the noodles and egg. Oh no, now I'm getting hungry.... ha ha ... not quite dinner time yet.

Asia has sooo many types of Cup O Noodles. I'm in cup-o-noodle heaven in hk. My fav is Nissin spicy tonkatsu flavor. It has lots of dehydrated toppings and its super hot.

I used to eat the Nissin bagged ones that you have pictured but now I like the Korean ones especially one called Jin. I like to undercook them a bit so they are slightly chewy. Sometime I crack an egg in and cook it in the soup.

Instant noodles are handy fo me as most of the ones in Britain are suitable for veggies. I like Beef flavour by Batchelors. And usually just eat them alone

I like that bottom brand too. Did you most of these instant noodles are fried? I actually didn't know that until I went shopping with Sis in NYC and she found a couple of brands that are advertised as not being fried.

When I eat instant noodles, I don't bother with cooking vegetables with it.

mmmmm...i love ramen. don't eat it often but have been craving it recently. i love putting a over-easy egg over it, where the yolk is still undone. oh, i like the noodles crunchy, so i would usually mix the seasoning in hot water and then pour the liquid into the bowl where i've broke the noodle into smaller bits; egg on top and voila....that's how i like it :P ooh...some sweet chili sauce gives it a little kick.

NISSIN!!! especially the cup ones you can get in HK... unfortunately, we don't get a lot of variety here in Edmonton :P

hmm I like the flavor Oriental, of course those are the only ones I see in the U.S. There is a Wai Wai noodle..really good but very...hmm "yeet hay" type of deal for me. Good spices, very tastey. Oh me drool for some..lol haha

I saw some mac and cheese cup of noodles once.

I eat with eggs, if not then just plain. Or if I have some shredded chicken yumm with some napa cabbage..yumm.. oh....me hungry now. hehe

I also like the Nissin noodles... ever tried the Satay flavor one? it's pretty good... usually also get the chicken flavor one too... I usually eat it plain with nothing else added.. but occasionally I like to add spam with it... for me it seems like adding other things to it takes away from the flavor... hehee...
