So Monday my sis and her daughter DD and her fiance came down to visit for the entire day. They brought rack of lamb and salmon over with Rys pre - b-day bash, his bday was Tuesday. So we had roasted garlic/rosemary lamb,

Teriyakki Salmon which was ohhh so good and my sis taught me how to make rice pilaf. Left some ingrediants for us to make it which was great! (watched my sis make the teriyakki salmon, so I know how to make it now too!! hahaha)

They bought some mochi ice cream which Ry and I never tried before, great and yummy but oh my goodness EXPENSIVE! I nearly kicked over from seeing the price tag on the box.

Ry and I made steaks, a steak dinner was my gift to Ry with bake potatoes and carmelized onions and mushrooms. Well that was my half of the gift to Ry, the rest of his b-day gifts he received on Tuesday. He also got a bag of Hazelnut coffee from me Monday. (I used to love putting ice cream in my Hazelnut coffee)
I also got him Ice Cream for ColdStone Creamery today, he got to create his own creation. hehe lol Coldstones' got a free creation ice cream account for peoples birthdays thing going on. Sign up if you've a fan of their ice cream!
Big sis let us borrow her movie 300, Ry got House of the Dead 2 & 3 combo for the Wii...pretty darn fun shooting game...we've been wanting that for a long while now. Just wish the nunchuck was the reload thing, then we wont lose aim on the screen...need to buy the gun attachments for the game...maybe that'll be better.

Sis kicked our bootys on Soul Calibur IV, all the creepy characters that Ry and I dislike, she plays with (Tira, Voldoo, etc)...omg...She knows how to do all the combos and we're still trying to figure out how to for crying out loud...it's just sad....
but then again, we haven't been playing that for a long while now...
Ry has gotten into Obvillion currently, but now we're gonna be playing House of the Dead for a while haha..
Gone to a Japanese Resturant in Fresno called Asuka. Small place, great food, (not so great unagi-needs to be grilled more) but has slow service sadly, not enough waitresses. I've finally convinced Ry that I dislike raw meat, it's the texture I don't like. It's just weird...although he just loves to see that eww I don't like expression on my face when I'm eating it...lol
Baked Green Musssel - Spicy

Spicy Baked Salmon Roll

We also had something else called Dynamite, good and spicy...practically all their food was spicy...Had the American roll, a Red & White roll too...sorry no pics....got scared of the chefs looking at us...haha
Funny though, our waitress was drunk, but oh so fun to mess with...
