    I stayed up until after 3 am Sunday morning, but the good thing is I got a lot of work done.    I ended up waking up 7:30am groggy and tired, but I couldn't go back to sleep.  So I did some more writing.... I think I'm catching up even though I got off to a slow start.  Here's my progress to date:



    I have to say it's a lot harder than I remembered.    I'm still behind.... but I've been just writing and writing.  I haven't read over any of the pages I've typed so there's probably lots of mistakes in there.    I've been trying to write a little everyday so less pressure on the weekend.  Hopefully during my next word count, I'll be able to catch up.

    How many pages is 18,000+ words? Whew. I'll bet when you re-read and do edits, you'll tighten it up as well as expand it.

    the girls are right, try to ignore the word count and just go with the flow of writing you still have a good 2 weeks left and you'll soon be half way on the word count.

    wOw... don't stress too much; too much tension may cause your mind to freeze... like butter said, just let your writing flow... ;)

    It's probably best if you don't get caught up in the word count for now and just let your writing flow.  Continued luck and try to get some sleep :)
