  • Running late....

    I reached work late yesterday.... almost 11am (we open at 9:30am).  I called and told them I'd be there as soon as possible but I still felt bad because some persons were waiting for me from before 9:30am.   I was almost late today too.... made it to work at 9:25am.  Whew.  Trying to do stuffs  before work is almost impossible because most places open at 8am.  That doesn't leave me much time because there is always some sort of delay and TRAFFIC, which is horrendous during that time.  Something that normally takes one hour will now take two.  It's probably attributed to Murphy's Law... whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.... especially when you're in a hurry.  Everything is more or less sorted out now.  Things are busy at work too.... less time for AnDing .   I'm up to my eyeballs in Christmas decorations, gift bags and wrapping paper.  Haha, but it does help to get everyone in the holiday spirit.

    Always guaranteed that when you are in a rush the world goes a lot slower and mistakes happen a lot easier.

    I remember working in retail during the holidays.  It was really hectic but boy time sure did pass quickly!

    yea... I've experienced the feeling that everything bad happens one after another... it happened to me this week... all within a few days... kinda sucks... =T
    but Take it easy... ;)  things will get better...

    Xmas is such a fun time. Stressful for shopkeepers because there's so much decorating going on (for Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then Xmas, then cleaning up after holidays are over). Hang loose, babe.
