yesterday I saw 20 minutes of Nim's Island and I think that may have been the cause of my nightmare...

In this nightmare; everything seemed real, I was in the house that I live in now, I know all the people in my dreams. It was crazy scary...

I walked out of the house to the front and saw a lot of people packing away things into their cars. And I see lots of water shooting up from the ground; at first I thought it was people's sprinkler systems. But it wasn't; the water was shooting outta the ground. And then right in front of our house there was a bigger hole with black water shooting out of it. I quickly ran back into the house telling my mom about this.

Then somehow it "skips" into a later part of the day (not sure if it's the same day or not) but we're watching the news. And they're saying the water level is getting higher and higher, the day has come when we will be covered with water. It's the end of San Francisco. I freaked. I kept thinking in my mind, what should I pack? where would we go? I think by this time, our garage was actually already all flooded. I knew for sure that I couldn't take everything with me. Only the most most most important things. And still I couldn't prioritize what was most important to me. I wanted to keep everything...

Awhile later, all the water is gone and I thought we were safe, nothing will happen. Just as I was happy and ready to celebrate, the ground beneath me started to spin. Faster and faster. I try to grab hold of whatever was closest to me. I start to cry because I knew I would die as well as everyone else around me including the people I loved. Then I turn to see my mom spinned off into the distance. I remember shouting out loud, "I love you mom! I love you grandma! I love you brother!" and then I just kept crying as I felt I was the only person left around. As the ground kept spinning, I had flashbacks of my life and things that I wanted to do but have never done before. Next thing I know, the ground stops and starts spinning in the other direction...

Later... not sure if it's the same dream, but I'm in raggy clothes in a dark house that looked like the remains of a house that was flooded and all my friends were there. But the sad thing was that all my friends became my enemy. They were there to torture me. I remember them telling me that I should learn to appreciate the things that I had. Such as my family. My friends were saying that it was too late for me to show my appreciation for my family and friends. And one of them tells me that my best friend "stole my boyfriend" and the last thing I remember from this nightmare is that I was walking down a long hallway to find my so-called best friend.

I hate when I watch something and get a bad dream from it. *hugs* At least it wasn't real.

don't worry...it's just a dream. i've had similar ones before. Tsunami hitting and all my friends gone while I was watching it happen...and one exactly the same as yours...water level rising and everything was about to end. I remembered running to my ex and told him that I still loved him before hugging my ALL my family members. And I awoke with tears streaming down. LoL!

Argh I've had some pretty bad nightmares lately, normally I don't remember or even have dreams, but these ones are so vivid, they stay with me! Watch fringe, argh my parents were watching it, scary!

I like to be optimistic... sometimes I am a little negative, but that just happens... I would say it is part of life... =)

Have you found your once-in-a-lifetime friend? be sure to not lose that friend. My once-in-a-lifetime friend is my mom. She's totally awesome because she's more like a sister/friend to me. We are really close and I love her so much!!
