    Thank you for all your comments on my previous venting / complaining post... I appreciate all the comments...

    Actually I wasn't so upset about the price cut because I kinda already expected that to be coming based on our conversation on Monday... I just don't like being blamed for something I didn't do... and so that's why I had to vent... Peachey and Sorica said it right... I am still new to the industry, so I'll just have to learn from every experience...  I really need to start somewhere and if there is someone willing to take their chance on a newbie like me, I am up for the challenge...

    Wow I missed a bunch of your entries.  This client sounds like another difficult one.  It's a fine line between trying to stay professional and not letting her walk all over you.   
    It may be easier working within a firm as they would have account reps handle the clients while the designers just focus on the creative.  Right now you have to act as both.

    My husband is amazed that I've actually worked for people, reported to people for many years. He knows I don't like to take sh*t from anybody. Guess that's why I'm where I am now. haha. Well, most of us don't like to take crap from others but we do, don't we?
