    3 blogs in one day...definitely a record for me.

    We went over to the Berkeley CMAT yesterday. According to the wifey, a lot has changed. Many new faces. She did see a few people from her past and enjoyed catching up with them. We saw Sifu Bryant Fong, Sifu Robert Lee, Gigi Oh (Publisher of Kung Fu magazine) just to name a few. Sorry, no pix of them, I forgot to charge the camera battery (I NEED to get a second battery). But here are a few shots:

    This is where it begins...mom measures a geem (gim) for jie jie. This was mommy's weapon of choice.

    Uh-oh...Jie Jie starts moving with the gim. Dai dai was getting fitted for a broadsword. I think mommy is hinting some new classes soon for the kids.

    Did you participate? Man I don't think I can do the splits anymore so my kicks aren't the best now. But I can still touch my chin on my shin a few inches past my knees...

    brings back memories of CAL when I was doing Hankido there with my prof. He kicked my ass since he was a 2nd Dan blackbelt. When it comes to grappling, I just lost...wasn't trained for that in TKD or Kung Fu haha...
