They changed the route and made it a follow the leader-type route...leaving all the supporters and protesters wondering WTF. Anyway, it's near the Golden Gate Bridge. I hope I can get back over going home later.

i heard of all the protests on the torch relay in london, paris & now SF. My sis will b 1 of the torchbearer in Kuala Lumpur. So excited abt it.

Oh, and it sounds like people who were waiting along the original route were never properly told the torch wasn't coming their way until hours later. I'd be so PISSED.

Mr. P's out there but not to see the torch. He thought he'd try to see it after his biz was done but they went off somewhere else and he went off in the opposite direction in anticipation. haha.

I'm a true San Franciscan. Was born in the same hospital as Bruce Lee. Went the same high school as did O.J. Simpson (yes, he did it, not thrilled about that) Graduated from the same university as did Danny Glover. Can you guess them all? I ran my own company for 10 years, then got the dot.com bug. People still wonder how I was able to work with my wife, but that was never an issue, actually it was one of the most fun time I've ever had...work related. Became a dot.bomb casualty, then was an employee for the State (I was collecting unemployment) Finally landed in this ad agency producing those wonderful catalogs you throw away from your mailbox everyday. My wife is a former wushu standout (she hates it when I refer to her as former nat'l champ). Have 2 absolutely wonderful kids that make me want to win the lottery and just spend time watching them grow up. That's about it all in a nutshell.
