  • Lights out

    Today the lights went out because some store was blasting music so loud that it caused a small explosion on the light post.  Not sure but I think it's the transistor??   Anyway, even though it was a small explosion which took 15 minutes to fix this evening, we were without electricity for around 4 hours. 

    I did some house hunting this past weekend, didn't see anything I liked.... more house hunting during the week.  We did see one that was tempting and almost put in an application but decided last minute that the neighbourhood wasn't ideal.  I didn't think it would take this long to find a place.  I think we're probably just too PICKY.    Aiyah!!!!  Also, my Christmas cards still haven't been mailed.  Oh no  ..... Christmas is just 2 weeks away.

    wow. that most of been some powerful music they were blasting out.
    Good Luck with the house hunt, it's best to be picky when it comes to choosing the home, and everything like the neighbourhood has to be taken into consideration.

    Er, I haven't mailed my xmas cards out yet either. I haven't even gotten them yet. I ordered pic greeting cards from Walmart. I usually send them out early-Dec or so. Ah, I don't think anybody's waiting for them.... ;D

    Good luck with the house hunting.  You should take your time to find something to your liking cause you'll probably want to stay there for awhile.

    I have to mail my cards too.  I wrote them all and totally forgot that I need stamps :P

    Wow 4 hours w/o electricity.. that sucked..

    i can't believe xmas is just 2 weeks away..  time is passing by too quickly for me

    Wow 4 hrs! that's crazy, think about what if it was the summer. HOT and wow...no fans...that would suck.
