got off work, rush home to drop off my external hard drive, off i hopped on B/D train uptown to Bryant Park.
arrive, look around for user-Blueamrub. then i heard someone call me. it's her.
purpose? to catch Daniel Wu for the Chivas Regal private event at NY Public Library. thanks Blueamrub for providing the information, and go around the library in the nick of time to ask what time does the party start. *phew*
wait...strated to rain...went up the library for shelter. saw some 'waiter boy' dress up in Scotish skirt. party is about to start. than rain stop. we all got kicked down the entrance cause they need to place 'red carpet' for the party. down we went.
me and Blueamrub chat for a while, than we start seeing black SUV's arriving. tht's it, we should be ready!!! hahah!!! i think i was 'fooling' around so much...Blueamrub is a little bit scare of me...hahah!!! she's so sweet and quiet! i just try to make the experience fun...not like me first time...'waiting'. hahahahahah!!! but still...the whole weather situation was so much the same. rain, wait, than turn EXTREME cold...*dang*.
then a black limo pulled up, i was still fooling around, "..is it DW? maybe not cause he and Lisa are tall. they fit SUV better..." but WAIT!!!! it was them!!!!!!!! slowly crawling out from the back seat was DW and Lisa followed (forget the sequence...but..erm..vice versa. haha!!).
Blueamrub was busy taking snap shot..i COMPLETELY forget mine...we both called out, "Daniel!" and he turn and saw us. i wave he wave. hahahaha!!! *sweet*
(reason for not taking snaps...i hate viewing important things through camera. i don't take pic at concert either. i rather enjoy the moment. haha! different peeps, different POV!)
them 2 walked pass us and up they go to the library. we still stick around a little bit...and glad we did! cause Daniel and Lisa came out for press photo! we both sneak up to the area (security was EXTREMELY LOOSE. i guess the event was 'really' private. out of ALL the ppl there 'looking around', only me and Blueamrub know what's going on. serious. i felt proud. sorta. haha!!!). later Lucy Liu join in to take a group photo with DW. only then i remember to take my 'snaps' of DW. so here are some.but tht's bout it.
both of them are bringing 'sexy back'!!!!

we both felt so inappropriate to call for DW's attention cause the event was seriously 'serious'. DW dress up REALY NICE! all healthy and 'square' (as in tough) in the suit!!!! "YENG YENG YENG"!!!
Lucy Liu...she's the Asian Pearl for the night. in my personal opinion, she's too thin now. she could use some of her 'baby fat' years ago. still, she's so so elegant. *awe*
around 8pm, all the guest went down to dine at the bottom level of the library. no other 'special' guest tht we know off show up. after all, we were there just for DW. hahaha!!
now, fun time! i asked one of the guard if we could take pic at the 'press photo' area, and he said, go ahead! so....here's the result! HAHAHAA!

GREAT TO MEET BLUEAMRUB TOO!!!! WE ONLY LIVE FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM ONE ANOTHER!!!!! YAY!!! NEW FRIEND!!!!!!!! *wink*

PS: i was there when the party ended at midnight. Daniel came out, i wave from afar. i wanted to move closer...but afraid of 'disturbing' the crowd. gotta respect these peeps. anyway, Daniel was sweet enough to walk up to me!!! *gasp* gotta wish him in person...so great!!!!!!! just a short chat...but i'm far more 'normal' this time! GREAT JOB TO ME! (pat my own shoulder) hahah!!!! *laugh*
