    hmm... earthquake just rolled thru the Bay Area... pretty darn scary... I'm pushing my desk, hoping it'll stop it...  of course it doesn't... but I didn't know what to do... argh...

    reminded me of the 1989 earthquake... not as strong, thank goodness, but it was a long shake... I do fear that "the big one" may come soon? gosh, I really hope not...

    gonna check up on the news soon...

    we have earthquakes here too, we had a 5.6 one a few weeks ago, having grown up with them I don't get scared.  Damn, complacency will probably get me killed.

    yikes... hope there aren't too many aftershocks and that ppl are ok. i should call home...

    yes, long shakes makes me nervous too. makes me scared that it's another 'big one' like the '89 one.
