Why do palm trees seen during travels to, say Hawaii, seem so much more enjoyable than the palm trees in the town I call home? Um, no answer is necessary as this is a rhetorical question.

you're right, these trees do look completely different than in LA (I think). Aren't they taller and the leaves more spread out somehow?

Haha, you know.. I LOVE Palm trees!!! We don't get ANY in London so that's probably why I have such a werid liking for them :) They're so pretty and when I see them abroad I'm actually amazed :p I'm like: WOW PALM TREE!! :D

Nice palm trees. They have some in England and they just look badly out of place, and I'm surprised they survive in our weather.

I love the balloon one. I bet it's not as easy as it looks to make either.

interesting, they look the same. The palm trees where I live look quite different and then there are the tree ferns....

I don't recall seeing much palm trees here..... just a lot of coconut trees. They look similar. =)
