By Eliyahu M. Goldratt and Jeff Cox (I've supposidly been reading this for weeks on endlessly. But really just 4 days)

It's a must read for business majors and managers. It's really more of a novel with tips that actually work in the real world. Very fun to read. So if you're into business I really do recommend this book to anyone out there. Even if they're not into business, but still it's great reading! It relates to real life situations, or at least it breaks it down into that to help your better understanding.
