Good News for the Chocolate Lovers!

Chocolate News for your health.

A piece of Chocolate a day could keep the doctor away.

Researchers says that if you take the amount of 1 Hersheys kisses + a half each day, it can lower your blood pressure. But that chocolate needs to be dark chocolate. Or at least containing 70% cocoa. Which can be found in your local grocers. This excludes all white chocolate. Enjoy your latest Chocolate news.

i love dark chocolates, but this particular one is too bitter for me. i have the same one just sitting on the counter unfinished. try the Lindt Truffles next time..

Cadburys Dark Chocolate is my favorite, should try it sometime. *slurps*

Dark Choco isn't that bad. It's a little bitter, but eat a little at a time. It's really good.

I just bought my first package of Lindt Dark chocolate. Madagascar, which is 65% dark. Er, doesn't taste all that great. Will stick to Hershey's for now. Wonder if their Dark is 70% or over. Go find out and let me know, will you? ;D
