Burger is so normal to us who live in the city. Although majority of the parents doesn't allow their child to take fast food frequently, we still have an idea what is hamburger. But have you ever notice, there might be people in some part of the world who doesn't have the chance to taste a hamburger. Doesn't know wat is hamburger and how it smells like?
This campaign call Whopper virgins by Burger King is interesting. They bring their burger to some rural area and let them try what is burger. Their expression were recorded. Is interesting to see how they eat the HAMburger.
BUT BUT BUT.......... is this good or bad? They dun get a chance to eat it might due to financially unable to purchase a burger, or because they doesn't have such thing in their area, they aren't explode to the outside world. Will the Hamburger brings them a good memory? or making them to crave for it in future? i might be too exegerating the situation, is just a question bouncing in my head. If they never try, they will never know and will crave for it. HHmmmm... If you were them, wat will you prefer?
I have wondered the same thing about BK's ad campaign. The more I think aobut it, the more I'm convinced it's not a good thing. First, they're introducing something into their diet that may lead to some kind of downfall in their health. Secondly, they're introducing consumerism into lifestyles that don't need or crave it. That can't be good.
hmm... interesting video... yea those are good questions you ask... when they never knew about it, they probably never craved to try. but now that they tried, they might crave; but they might find a way to 'make' something similar. I think they are happy to just have tried it... =)
BK burgers are prolly too tasty for these people who live so outside of our civilization. Plus all those chemicals in the processed meat patty. I think it might harm their bodies. heheh. Why crave when they won't have another chance at eating them. On second thought, they can always freeze them out there. Anyways, I don't think they're that good-tasting to make anybody crave them for long (unless you're a junk food junkie).
